2011 Recap

Alright.  Recap time. The only challenge I really finished was the Historical Fiction challenge. I got through 4 out of 11 Stephanie Barron books, and through I think 4 books and 2 films for the Sense & Sensibility bicentenary challenge. I think the lesson learned here is: challenges aren't really for me unless they're ones I set for myself. In 2009, I finished 42 books. In 2010, I finished 59 books (minus one that was actually unfinished). In 2011, I beat that: I finished 65 books...over 20,000 pages. That's an average of 316 pages/book. An average of 5 books/month. That's a lot for me. But I know I could have done ever better if I'd not let autumn get to me. Damn autumn slump. Anyway, here's 2011's list. My 2012 list will make up my next post.
